بغض النظر عن أن البرج قد احتفظ بالرقم القياسي العالمي على أنه أطول مبنى في العالم، فهو يحمل كذلك ستة أرقام قياسية أخرى في العالم كله، إذ أنه أيضًا يُعتبر:

• أطول مبنى قائم بذاته في العالم.
• يمتلك أكبر عدد من الطوابق في العالم.
• البرج يشتمل على أعلى مصعد خدمة في العالم.
• البرج يحتوي على أعلى طابق مشغول في العالم.

استخدامات برج خليفة​

يوجد استخدامات مُتعددة للبرج، إذ يتم استخدامه في مجموعة مختلفة من الأغراض، فهو يحتوي على المكاتب، السكن، الفنادق، المطاعم، المراقبة والاتصالات، بحيث تكون كالتالي:

• يُستخدم الطابق 39 والطوابق التي توجد أسفله كفنادق أو مساكن من قبل Armani.
• يتم استخدام الطوابق من الطابق 39 إلى الطابق 108 بصورة أساسية للمساكن.
• أما الطوابق فوق الطابق رقم 108 إلى الطابق 154 فتوجد مساحات مكتبية، فيما عدا الطابقين 124،125 وكذلك الطابق 148، وهي خاصة بطوابق المراقبة الثلاثة المنفصلة من أجل مشاهدة معالم المدينة العامة، كما يوجد مطعم يقع في الطابق رقم 122 واسمه (At.mosphere).
